Jenny (and Ben!) found a new block...
Well, it's official: After falling in (and out) of escrow with multiple properties, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally found their love nest. According to the Wall Street Journal, the power couple dropped $60 million on a mega-mansion in Beverly Hills. (In fact, rumor has it that Bennifer paid for their new digs in cash. Just let that sink in for a second, will you?)
Located in a gated community called Wallingford Estates, the five-acre property boasts approximately 38,000 square feet of living space. Highlights include a 12-garage, palatial pool, and sports complex that features a boxing ring, gym, and pickleball court. (You know, the necessities.) Per the listing, there are reportedly 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms so there will be ample space for the Gigli co-stars' blended family. Though $60 million is by no means cheap, Affleck and Lopez actually got this home for a deal. (Back in 2018, the property was listed for a jaw-dropping $135 million!)
Although Lopez and Affleck officially have a place to call their home, it wasn't exactly an easy journey. After putting their respective homes on the market—his Pacific Palisades home was listed for $28.5 million, while her Bel-Air pad is on sale for $39.995 million—they were very close to purchasing a handful of homes, but eventually dropped out of escrow. But, if the couple's 20-year love story proves anything, good things come to those who wait.
Now, the ($60) million dollar question: How will they decorate? J.Lo is a major Fixer Upper fan, so we're wondering if she'll ask a certain couple down in Waco to help...
