Mr. Barragan provided the perfect mix of knowledge, professionalism and personal approach to this sale. The sale involved an old house w/ issues involving Historic Preservation Zones and several unique requests and demands made by both the buyer and the seller. It was also a long term family residence, so there were alot of personal and intimate aspects to the sale. Mr. Barragan handled everything crisply and cleanly and instilled me as the seller with confidence in an area in which I have little knowledge, but had lots of emotions tied up. That kind of confidence in your broker is very important in a transaction as big as selling a house. This was my first sale of a house and it was as smooth a process as it could be. Mr. Barragan is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, to even the smallest requests. I wish I had another house to sell...! I'd use Raphael, no question.
