Back in spring 2013, a little more than a year before she married former NFL player Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson paid Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne $11.5 million for a nearly 2.5-acre spread in the guard-gated community. Now the pop star-turned-billion-dollar fashion mogul is ready to part ways with the place she’s owned for just over a decade, asking $22 million.
The impending sale might be due to a little something she told Bustle earlier this summer. According to the online women’s magazine, Simpson says she’s considering a permanent move to Nashville to reboot her music career.
