The A-list DJ and one-time Taylor Swift paramour bought the home in 2014 for $15 million
A-list DJ Calvin Harris is giving his Beverly Hills compound another spin on the sale market.
As of Monday, the lavish home is back up for grabs, complete with a new listing agent, for $25 million.
The property made its market debut back in February with the same asking price. At one point it was reduced to $21.9 million and was taken off the market altogether in early September, listing records show.
Set on nearly 3 acres, the estate is described as “The Hamptons comes to Los Angeles,” in its listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
There are five separate structures that make up the property—including the main house, a two-story guest house and a fully-equipped gym—which collectively span more than 16,000 square feet.
The Scottish hitmaker, 38, who has collaborated with big-name music stars including Rihanna, Dua Lipa and The Weeknd, has left his mark all over the home, having transformed the guest house into two state-of-the-art recording studios and displayed his framed records over the walls.
He purchased the home in 2014 for $15 million using a trust, property records show.
The trophy main residence has grand living spaces, high ceilings, French oak hardwood floors, a sweeping stone staircase and floor to ceiling windows, the listing said.
A gourmet chef’s kitchen has two over-sized islands and a wine cellar, meanwhile, the primary bedroom suite has vaulted beamed ceilings, a lounge area, a fireplace, dual bathrooms and walk-in closets.
Outside, among the stately oaks and magnolias, are private gardens, a pool and spa, a basketball court and areas for outdoor entertaining.
A representative for the musician didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
