Adele listed her Beverly Hills, California, home on Monday for $12 million.
The Hamptons-style home is located in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated, celebrity-favored enclave of the city. The 34-year-old “Hello” and “Easy on Me” singer bought the home from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie last May for nearly $10 million, according to records with PropertyShark.
In addition, when Adele bought the home, she already owned two others in the neighborhood, records show. The first, more than 6,500-square-foot abode she picked up in 2016 for $9.5 million and another she bought in 2019 for $10.65 million. Adele purchased the properties through trusts linked to her business advisor.
The listing comes several months after the English chartreuse paid $58 million for a 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style residence, also in Beverly Hills. The estate belonged to Sylvester Stallone, and was once listed for $110 million.
The newly listed home has 5,500-square-foot and offers an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood paneled-office with a door leading outside and an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, plus an adjacent den and breakfast nook, listing photos show.
Upstairs, the primary suite has a fireplace, two closets and a bathroom with the bathtub, rain shower head and steam room all behind metal framed doors, the listing said. Two additional bedroom suites and a very large playroom or guest room are also on the upper level.
The backyard includes a pool, spa and lounge area surrounded by stone, a sports court, an outdoor kitchen and trellis-covered terraces for dining. The grounds include vegetable gardens, fruit trees and a chicken coop surrounded by a high-quality artificial turf lawn.
Jeff Kohl of The Agency has the listing. He declined to comment for this article.
Adele released an album, “30,” last year and is set to start a four-month Las Vegas residency in November. Representatives for the artist did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
